BREAKING NEWS: Dumi Masilela’s wife still struggling to accept loss

     The wife of the late Rhythm City actor Dumisani Masilela, Simphiwe Ngema, says she still cannot believe that her husband has lost his life.

Simphiwe says she used to get strength from her husband when life got tough.

Masilela was shot in an attempted hijacking in Tembisa last week Wednesday. He later died in hospital.

Simphiwe was speaking at his memorial service in Kempton Park, east of Johannesburg on Wednesday.

“No one prepares you that one day you’ll be a 27-year-old widow, that all the dreams that you dreamt of will be taken away from you. He brought new meaning to the words to ‘live is Christ and to die is gain’. We might ask questions, I had a lot of questions. I also asked God why he brought him into my life so I can depend on him only to take him away.”
